How to Request a Refund
To start a return, you can contact us at kbeauty8869store@gmail.com. Please note that you must contact us before returning to get authorization and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at kbeauty8869store@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
What Can Be Returned
Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for health and hygiene reasons. We only accept returns for:
- Unopened products in original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery
- Defective, damaged, or expired products upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped in error
Undeliverable Addresses
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned for these reasons will be refunded minus original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
